180 Degree Café is a mobile specialty coffee concept built around precision, quality, and a modern way of experiencing coffee.
The idea started with a clear question:
Can we deliver an exceptional specialty coffee experience, without limiting it to a traditional café space?
Instead of expecting people to come to a fixed location, we wanted to bring high–standard specialty coffee to where they are. From day one, our focus has been on doing things differently from the typical coffee cart:
we work with carefully selected specialty origins, we rotate and renew our offerings regularly, and at certain times we serve up to multiple different specialty origins at once - all prepared according to global standards and precise brewing protocols.
Our name reflects the way we think and work.
