Loyalty Points Program Policy – 180 Degree Cafe
At 180 Degree Cafe, we highly value our customers and their trust. That’s why we offer a points program that allows customers to earn points with every successful purchase. Below are the details of the program and how to benefit from it:
1. How to Earn Points
You earn 1 point for every 1 Bahraini Dinar spent.*
Each point is worth 0.050 BHD and can be used to redeem discounts or free products.
2. How to Redeem Points
When you collect 20 points, you can get a 1 BHD discount on your next bill.
When you collect 40 points, you can redeem a free drink or a 2 BHD discount on selected products.
3. Double Points Offers
On specific days or special occasions, customers can enjoy double points (2 points for every 1 BHD spent). Please follow our official announcements for these offers.
4. Terms and Restrictions
Redemption Limits: Points can be redeemed up to three times per month.
Minimum Redemption: Customers must have at least 10 points to redeem.
Product Restrictions: Points can only be redeemed on selected products such as drinks. They cannot be used on food unless specifically announced in a special offer.
Time Restrictions: Points cannot be redeemed during peak periods such as weekends and public holidays.
Promotion Conflicts: Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
5. Points Validity
Points are valid for six (6) months from the date of collection. After this period, expired points will be automatically removed from the customer’s balance.
6. Manual Additions
Management may grant bonus points manually in special cases such as gifts or during events and occasions.
7. Use of Personal Data
By subscribing to the points program, customers agree to the use of their data (including phone numbers) to receive offers and promotional messages via WhatsApp.
Customers may opt out of receiving these messages at any time by contacting us through official channels.
8. General Terms
180 Degree Cafe management reserves the right to modify the program’s terms, the type, or the value of rewards at any time without prior notice.
Management may suspend or permanently cancel the program at any time, and customers will have no right to claim points value or any rewards in such cases.
The management reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
In case of any purchase cancellation, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s balance.
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the original account holder.
